Funeral Moth was formed by Nobuyuki Sentou(ex-Coffins/ex-Psycho To Black), Makoto Fujishima(ex-deathchurch/nyarlathotep), and Junpei Ishimaru(Morquido) in Autumn 2005. Funeral Moth's debut live was held on May 3rd 2006 and shared the stage with some international bands like StarGazer(Aus), Gallhammer, Intestine Baalism and so on. In November 2006, they recorded 1st demo at Noise Room Studio, at which Nobuyuki recorded many stuffs as Coffins/Psycho To Black member. "The Moth Flying to the Funeral Sky" was released by Makoto's own label Weird Truth Productions in 2006.
In the end of 2007, Junpei left the band due to his personal life. Soon after he was replaced by Yuichiro Azegami(Brob). With this new lineup, they re-recorded 2 songs on demo and which was released as first self-titled CD EP in June 2008. In June 2008, they shared the stage with German doom cult Worship in Tokyo.
In July 2010, they toured with Australian doom band Mournful Congregation. During this tour, Takafumi Matsubara(ex-Gridlink/ex-Mortalized) played with them as a special guest. After the tour, they started to seek permanent 2nd guitar player and finally in January 2012 Mayo Odium(Dogoh) joined.
In July 2013, Mayo Odium left the band and he's replaced by Tomohiro Kanja(Realm[Negativeaidguerrilla Realm]/Discrete Corporality). In February 2014, their 1st album "dense fog" was released and toured with Worship in Japan again.
In February 2015, they played in Taipei which was first time for them to play outside Japan. In May, self titled EP was re-released as 12" vinyl by Chinese label Psychedelic Lotus Order and 2x 12" vinyl version of dense fog album was released by Spanish Throne Records. In July, they played at Fearest Death Cult in Osaka, which was the last gig for Nobuyuki as a Funeral Moth member. He was replaced by bass player Ryo Amamiya(Presence of Soul) and they started to record 2nd album "transience", which was released in March 2016 from Weird Truth Productions.
In September 2019, they played at mighty Killtown Deathfest, and they released new single "polar" just before KTDF. Unfortunately, Tomohiro left the band after KTDF and they decided to continue as 3 pieace band again.
2020 was the beginning of doom... Covid-19 forced them to fall asleep for a while. During Covid-era, they had arranged old songs for 2 guitars for single guitar, and had written new songs, played gigs in Japan. After the pandemic, they returned to mighty Kill-Town Deathfest again in 2025.
Now, they are preparing for the 3rd album and they are playing the songs from that album mainly on live.

Reputdeath was formed in late 2009, initially recording a promotional rehearsal tape that was
distributed to a small circle of close friends. From the outset, the band embraced a raw old-school
death/doom metal sound, characterized by a crushing Boss HM-2 guitar tone, slower and heavier
tempos, and bleak, suffocating atmospheres. Their music blends primitive death metal aggression with
the somber weight and dragging pace of doom.
The original lineup featured Sam (vocals), Fastgore (drums), Mika Rotten (guitar), and Red (bass).
Lyrically, Reputdeath explores themes of horror, death, loneliness, and the fragility of human existence,
drawing strong inspiration from classic gore and horror films.
Musically, the band cites influences such as Autopsy, Anatomia, and Impetigo, particularly their darker,
doom-laden material. While rooted firmly in the traditions of old-school death metal, Reputdeath
developed its own identity by emphasizing slower riff structures, deliberate song pacing, and a grim,
oppressive mood. Their early demos, promos, and rehearsal recordings served as a tribute to the
underground demo and death/doom metal scene of the 1990s.
Over the years, Reputdeath has undergone several lineup changes. The current lineup consists of T.J.
Andez (guitar), Fastgore (drums), and Mika Rotten (bass/vocals), who continue to uphold the band’s
commitment to raw, uncompromising old-school death/doom metal.

Stoma was formed in 1998 as a project when former drummer Puke Vomit and guitar player Still Beer were playing in the band Brainshit.
After a few months growl master 391 and G.O.B (godfather of beer) accompanied the band to complete the vocal section.
During the period of 1999, drummer Ziggy Blunt joined and Brainshit was renamed Stoma. Puke Vomit moved to the Bass guitar.
In the following years after the Scat Aficionados full length was recorded Still Beer got replaced by Vlep Master LBI and Puke Vomit got replaced by Evil Eye on Bass duty.
After the second Brasil tour in 2012 LBI left Stoma and got replaced by Scat Weasel on guitar. After years of playing gigs all over the fucking place unfortunately 391 had to quit because of health issues.
After 10 years performing as a quartet with only GOB on vocals doing both high and low pitch growls and screams 391's place was finally taken by R.O.G. (regurgitator of giblets) in 2024.

Outer Reaches - 2021

One of the first bands to play Asakusa Deathfest, Rude returns to Japan for the first time in 10 years. Reborn in 2012, Rude quickly signed to FDA Records and released two slabs of solid, true-to-form death metal.
Working with precision, speed, and creativity, Rude is one of the few death metal bands that doesn’t rely solely on being “heavy” to stand out, writing their music in E-flat tuning while maintaining intensity and identity. Each of their previous releases featured artwork by Dan Seagrave, perfectly reflecting the music within.
During COVID in 2021, the band released the “Outer Reaches” EP, toured Mexico in support of it, and appeared at Decibel Metal & Beer Fest. Alongside a handful of tours throughout the United States and overseas, Rude now returns to the stage by stepping back into Japan and ripping Asakusa apart once again.
2024 saw a lineup change, with Yusef stepping away from guitar duties and moving to bass and remaining on vocals. David stands his post on guitar while insane guitarist Sam Luke joined the band alongside fresh blood Xander Bridge on drums. This lineup is as deadly as ever and ready to destroy Asakusa once again!

Ratchet of perdition full length 2017
Frisian metal massacre vol. 2. 2024
Split my fist with your cunt 2025

Metalheads who like brutal death metal can indulge themselves with this 5-piece blast orchestra from the North of the Netherlands. No music for the faint of heart, but mercilessly brutal pounding.
Merciless guitar riffs in swirling patterns, many tempo changes from completely blasted to groovy and two vocalists who alternately give the songs an extra kick in the head with grunts and squeals.
These sick guys seem to mainly touch on matching themes about physical and mental discomfort, song titles such as 'Blunt Force Intercourse', 'Devouring Connubial Flesh' and 'Decapitation Wound Fuck' confirm this suspicion.
In 2011 the first EP 'Methods Of Persuasion' was released which already clearly indicated the musical direction that Braincasket had in mind. This style was further elaborated on the debut album 'Ratchet Of Perdition', released in 2017 by the German record label 'Morbid Generation'.
Due to a back injury, drummer Martin Kloosterman was unfortunately unable to play the drum parts. At his request, Michiel vd Plicht (known from God Dethroned and is now the current drummer of Pestilence) took care of the drum parts.
The album was largely recorded in the 'Soundlodge Studio' (known for producing albums by Sinister, God Dethroned, and Defeated Sanity) in Germany, where the mixing and mastering was also done.
April 11, 2025 the new single 'Split My Fist With Your Cunt' was released, in terms of intensity a logical sequel to 'Ratchet of Perdition' and again completely in the sick style that you can expect from Braincasket

Implements of Excruciation
Abdication of the Mind demo
Warp Chamber / Benothing split

Arriving in 2016 from coordinates unknown, Warp Chamber spent the first two years of their existence festering and rotting in derelict basements and dilapidated garages across Olympia, WA. Drawing influence from bands like Morbid Angel, Demilich, and Timeghoul and the science fiction and horror films, video games, and books they grew up on, Warp Chamber sought to bring their own brand of twisted, psychotic death metal to the terminally infected west coast scene. The year 2018 was a very active time for Warp - they recorded the Abdication of the Mind demo early that year with Ethan Camp, followed up by a short west coast tour that culminated in the recording of Implements of Excruciation with Greg Wilkinson at Earhammer Studios in Oakland, CA. Mounting challenges, from physical injury to neurosis, saw the collapse of the band upon the return home. Despite the successes of Implements, by the time of its release in 2020, Warp Chamber existed only as a traumatic memory.
Warp re-emerged in 2022, corporeal once more and hungry for flesh. This new era ushered in regional tours and shows in the US, Mexico and Canada, with reported sightings at Killtown Deathfest, Maryland Deathfest, Infest Edmonton, and Covenant Festival. In late 2025, Warp Chamber released the split 7” with Benothing from Finland on Carbonized Records. Recorded and mixed by Ethan Camp and Warp Chamber, with mastering handled by Dan Lowndes at Resonance Sound Studio, the release features a nearly six minute track that reflects the maturation of Warp Chamber’s sound and a preview of new music to come. 2026 will see performances from Warp Chamber across the US, as well as their first appearances in Asia and Europe.

Eternalised in Rot (Demo) 2020
Of Earth & Flesh (LP) 2022
Split 7" TBA (2026)

Writhing channel the force of classic US death metal and the atmospherics of European death metal, while carrying forward the influence of the Australian death metal scene that came before them. The band made their initial mark in the death metal world with the 2020 demo Eternalised in Rot, a concise but vicious statement that drew comparisons to the angular riffing of Immolation and the relentless punishment of early 2000s brutal death metal.
Their debut full-length Of Earth & Flesh drove Writhing’s sound into more expansive territory. The album is built on memorable riffs and strong songwriting, delivering savage guitars, guttural vocals, and crushing heaviness. Atmospheric passages are sharpened by the clear, weighty production of Dan Lowndes (Cruciamentum, Grave Miasma, Blood Incantation). Praised for its balance of ferocity and dissonance, the record was hailed as “an unrelenting display of power and precision” and “proof that old-school death metal can still sound fresh and vital.”
Since its release, Writhing have earned a reputation for their commanding live show, touring with Nile (USA), Cryptopsy (CAN), Origin (USA), Gutslit (IND), Deiphago (PH), and Gutalax (CZ), and performing at festivals including Blacken Open Air and New Dead Festival.

Repulsive Nature LP 2023
Flesh Mourning 2025

Formed in late 2018 in Seattle, WA, by Clayton Wolff, Alex Bytnar, Mat Chandler, and Eddie Bingaman, Reburied emerged from the city’s underground metal scene as a faster, more aggressive outlet for Clayton and Alex, who were then playing in the funeral doom act Un. What began as a side project rapidly became one of the Pacific Northwest’s most formidable death metal forces.
Drawing on classic American death metal—Morbid Angel, Bolt Thrower, and Incantation—while weaving in influences from Gorguts, Death, and Heartwork-era Carcass, Reburied deliver a riff-driven, hard-hitting assault that blends old-school brutality with occasional doom and thrash textures.
A well-received 2020 demo was followed by a key lineup shift: Mat Chandler moved to vocals only, with Paul Richards joining on second guitar. This solidified lineup produced a 2021 split with fellow Seattle death metal band Deconsecration. In 2022, Mat Chandler departed and was replaced by Chris Pinto (of Fórn) on vocals. The following year, Reburied released their critically acclaimed debut LP Repulsive Nature (January 2023, Translation Loss Records), recorded and mixed by Billy Anderson (Brutal Truth, Eyehategod, Cattle Decapitation). The record earned widespread praise—Metal Injection hailed its “35 minutes of gnarled brutality,” and it sent the band on tours with Drouth and Rat King while opening for acts including Blood Incantation, Crypta, Coffins, Mortiferum, and Undeath to name just a few.
Their sophomore album, Flesh Mourning (2025, Translation Loss / Iron Fortress Records), mixed/mastered by Greg Wilkinson (Autopsy, Necrot) marked a significant evolution. Featuring Chris Pinto on vocals, it broadened the band’s sonic palette with Wurlitzer textures, expressive lead guitar work, and a haunting atmospheric closer—without sacrificing any of their signature brutality. Bandcamp Daily named it Album of the Day, noting that Reburied “cut through the endless OSDM revival with sheer conviction,” while Metal Epidemic declared the band had “put the death metal world on notice.”
Reburied continue to tour extensively across the United States and are making their international debut in Japan.
