BELMADIGULA (Japan)
Formed in 2022, BELMADIGULA is the spearhead of heavy music in Japan, with about half of its members coming from the hardcore scene, but its musicality is not limited to hardcore, but rather encompasses everything and anything, and some songs are as diverse as black metal, sludge core, or junk rock. Some songs are black metal, some are sludge core, and some are junk rock. The band's stage presence is impressive, with an emphasis on explosive sound. Their musical journey began with their debut in 2022, "in tenebras cadere DEMO", and depended with their first EP, "beyond being", released in 2023 from DEADSKY RECORDINGS, taking them to perform in the most iconic venues of Japanese underground scene, defying expectations and leaving listeners eager for more. In 2023, they were the support act for JESUS PIECE, SPY, KING YOSEF and MoE(Nor), and in 2024, they were the support act with COFFINS for GATECREEPER's first show in Japan, among many other achievements in their two years of existence.
